i saw a lotus

I was driving today, and while stopped at a light, i was scanning the traffic and my eyes crossed this black car, i kind of jump and im like "Whoa" so i pull into the pontiac dealership it was sitting in i pull up behind it and get out, i read the badges and all, A lotus esprit v8. oh my it was beautiful. not sure on the year though. I know maybe some of you are probably like, big deal i see them everyday. But i live in a town where the only kind of "exotic" car that drives around is a corvette. ive never been close to a nice car like that. Man, i almost cried....i gently bent down and whispered in its window, you will be mine, oh yes, you will be mine.

then the driver says what the hell!! get away from my car physco! lol

I know the feeling....Corvettes and the occasional 911 are all that I see around here...so cars like that really excite me when I see them here. I've seen a Ferrari 348TS and an Esprit V8 around here, man I love those cars!

Same here, good cars are too rare. Toronto or Calgary is the best places I've been to. As for the the Lotus, I haven't seen a 1990ish or newer Esprit V8. I did see one like the one that Bond used in 'For Your Eyes only', except it was Black.

My brother had a nice day too, he is in Massachusetts and he saw 2 boxsters and an Esprit. here are some pics that he sent me.

There's a guy that goes to the university in my city (University of Waterloo) he has a yellow Lotus Esprit V8 and he's like 20 years old, he's in a frat club there

I've been working with 4 new 911's and a Boxster S for the past weekend, riding around in them all around too :D
