frivolous lawsuits

what the hell? Why are they suing craigslist? They are BLATANTLY wrong. They are wasting government money, other people's time, and their OWN time!!! Why is this even allowed? I have a great idea. We clearly define frivolous and make frivolous lawsuits a felony. Then we appoint a committee to randomly select and review a secret proportional number of lawsuits each year. They then indict all the senior prosecuting attorneys involved in lawsuits thought to be frivolous, and if, as a senior prosecuting attorney, you are found guilty of being involved in a frivolous lawsuit, you are disbarred for 2 years, and/or required to pay defendant's legal costs and restitution to the government of $100 per man/hour wasted, with number of man/hours as determined by an independent 3rd party.

thats the running theme though now. people are just begging for ways to sue others... its stupid. that is one reason i never want to piss someone off, they will probibly sue my ass over something like psycological damage. and the pisser is that there have been cases where judges have awarded money over the stupidest things.

People are just desperate for money or attention is how I see it.
