video playback problem

I recently downloaded a movie that has dual audio. It won't play on WMP nor any other media player I try. http://img115.imageshack.us/img115/4195/videoprob4me.th.jpg (http://img115.imageshack.us/my.php?image=videoprob4me.jpg)
Notive the box in the lower right corner? On WMP the screen just stays blank andan error message shows up on DivX. Any solutions?

the file its either corropted or it uses a rare codec. Just get the K-lite codec pack and then try it.
