96 SDV w/ two problems... door locks and heat

:frown: I have a 96 SDV with 2 problems. One is that the door locks seem to lock and unlock by them selves and it's random it seems. sometimes while I'm driving they'll lock over and over even if they're already locked... or if I lock them, then they unlock. It's possessed it seems! I don't have the keyless entry remote, so when I unlock the doors I just use the key in the driver door and turn twice. sometimes the doors lock before I can get the door open! Also when I leave the doors unlocked and the car is off, when I come back and open a door (it doesn't matter which one) that door opens but the door locks lock. What could be causing this? Should I even bother fixing it or just remove the door lock fuse and resort to manual locks? Now my second problem is that the auto/econ button will not switch the setting to auto. It seems like it's stuck on econ. the temp can be set on 60 but the air coming from the vents is more like 90! and even if the temp panel is on the off position, hot air comes from the floor vents! I live in houston and cannot afford to drive without a/c! Please help!:shakehead
