I have a 95' mustang GT and when it is idleing and driving at any rpm it shakes extremely bad ive taken out the tranny checked the engine mounts and the clutch and fly seem well but it wont stop. any advice is appreciated

I have also heard that a engine can still run w/a broken crank if you know any symptoms of that some info would be nice and also does anyone know anything about piston skirts breaking off i have heard that can happen too each of which would probably result in a shaking similar to what im experencing. This is my only car that curently runs im kinda desperate please help!!

well it turns out it was the harmonic balancer, the rubber dried and half of it was gone. thanks to those who read this and tried to help. now we all know

I have a 95 3.8 with auto tranny. Mine shakes when I get up to about 35 mph. Any ideas what it could be?

its probly just one of ur tires that is out of balance does it seem like its coming from any specific corner of your car. or a broken, warped, or cracked U-joint. it could also be a bent drive shaft did u slam any speed bumps. theres lots of reasons but i might need more specific info.
