no it doesnt grind at all i recently changed my clutch and flywheel and the flywheel was fine this thing has stumped me sometimes it works fine but if it sits for a long time it wont start everytime i turn the key it will click once sometimes if i want for a a little bit and try it again itll start the only thing i can think to try now is go to honda and get a starter

actual battery voltage reads? wiring from the battery to starter is clean and tight............if so, jumping the connections from the battery and ground to the starter resulted in...............and if they are tight you confirmed with readings on the starter? thermostat housing ground is tight and clean?

if youve gone through 3 starters already and plan on getting a fourth, its kinda like beating a dead horse to death again for the fourth time.
