trying to decide

I really like the looks and style of the 350z but I have a limited budget and a modified mustang. I was wondering how they compare and would it be worth it to dump the stang for the Z car. The mustang is a 94 and has around 300 hp now. If I keep her she will get suspension and brakes in the next couple years.
