94 engine problem. help

ok i got a 94 cav 2.2l whenever it gets warm it starts sounding like a pop can in a bicycle i had a look at the poly system and none seem bad but might be timing chain messed up just wondering if anyone knows

but as well when it gets warm the oil light comes on and i lose all power and the noise get loud
