headlight cover

how can I clean the headlight cover in a 1996 taurus. it is yellow and the lights are dim.

I did mine with Meguiars PlastX

There is some time involved. It was easier to take mine outand do it while I was sitting on the couch watching TV.

Then a good coat of wax.
