They spelled my name with a 7

I wish I had a scanner so I could keep a pic of this forever, but I just got a check today from a bank for $137.34. And they spelled my name with a 7. A 7! My name is Peter, and they made their check out to 7eter. Do I have to sign it with a 7 now too? It reminds me of that simpsons episode where Mr. Burns' son is going to go to college and he spells Yale with a 6...
