help!!! my security sucks

I havwe a Hornet 553T security system with two 471T remotes the remote start feature doesnt work anymore and its is stuck in vale how do i fix this? i have no toggle switches or anyhting in the car just the two button remote i may just need ot reprogram the remotes but i dont know howhelp me please!!
