replacing 3.4 with a 3.8

Hello, I have a 96 Monte Z34 with a 3.4 DOHC. I want to replace it with a 3.8. What do I need to do, ie, conversion kits, what year engine would be best? What is the easiest approach if there is one?

Find a car with a 3800! You would need the entire drive train, exhaust, pcm and wire harness, subframe!
