2001 Aurora Steering Wheel Lock?

My 01 Aurora's steering wheel does not lock, at least I can't get it to. The key's out, in park, and I have rolled that wheel a full 360 and still won't lock. Am I missing something here?

The steering wheel doesn't lock on the 2001-03 Aurora when in park with the key out. You're not missing anything.
