dont ask me how (nothing too great)

on my way to work today (in a SLOW!!! 98 civic ex) have a little fun with a big V8 silverado. i will try to shorten it up as much as possible... or just look at the last line to get the idea of the story.

the big truck pulls up next to me and out of no were and just floors it (normanlly i would be the antaginizer, but not this time). i get in his lane and follow, but he is not able to pull on me... we come up to an area were there are a lot of traffic light. the big truck runs a light leaveing me behind, but cought the very next one. so i turned right then left and cut up to the next intersection. (at this point we are both at the same intersection). i turn right, while giving him the finger, putting me in the same lane as him but he is still stoped at the light.
am am driving slow so he can catch up, then i hear a burnout from hell, from the truck. he eventually gets up next to me and off we go. he got a little jump but didn't really get ahead to call it a win.
i eventually stoped racing him when a school bus was ahead w/ the light on and stop sign out. I stoped and he kept going. i saw th bus driver write his plate #'s down, so he should get a nice letter from the police explaining why his license is getting taken away. (bus drivers around here by law are the only civilians that can have a tickent given out without an officer being around) as stupid as racing is a try to use a much sence as possible.

anyway the driver was horible and should have been able to pown the shit out of my slow car. his punishment will be a revoked licence.

They might not revoke his license. My sister's dumbass ex flew by a stopped bus and got a $1000 dollar fine. What a dumbass.

still that is a good chunck of money.

I recall it being a federal law that law officers are the only people that can issue tickets and perform arrests. If this bus driver called in a complaint w/o proof and the truck driver has had no problems before, I can see a nice lawyer(not even) getting him out of this, no problem. Not that I agree with what he did...

I had to lol @ you having to slow down to let the truck driver catch up. It must have been a really big truck with a really small engine, bucause I live the life of the d series engine, as do friends, and 100% of the big trucks around here can eat us alive, with the exception of huge old beat up dogs with the 4.3 or 4.0 v6s. Even those sixes are deadly if it's in a more modern truck.

My post still stands. 80% of the cars in our lot are either d series or small 8's/big 6's in trucks. Driving a friends truck feels like a hot rod compared to the d series.
