Pulled codes out for coolant sensor signal out of range, replaced the sensor, no change, fans come on for a couple seconds, engine almost stalls, and fans go back off. unplug the sensor which would represent a cold engine, no change, A/c is unplgged and relay out, unplugged the fans and the engine still sputters the same as if the fans were trying to run, PCM??????

Can anyone tell me the deal with spark plugs on these cars, what difference do old ones and new ones make on engine strategies, I have been told that the cure for this neon is plugs, I can't see how this will affect the fan operation but nothing is for sure but death and taxes.

Replaced plugs, no change in fan operation, two codes, on for ECT (22) and on for IAT sensor (23) has anyone had or found specific areas for wiring concerns on these engines? Has high mileage 245,000 kms.
