85 F-250 w/460 motor

I am having problems with acceleration. When I give it gas it wants to stall ( only in drive not when in park) then it will take off. The more of a load I have the worse it gets. I have a new motor and new Holley carb with all new parts. Checked timing and its good. Vacum is perfect. Air fuel mix is perfect. Any suggestions?????
