Hi everyone,

Does anybody know what the risk is for not puting shims on brake pads for the J.

Thanks,

Geoff.

Thanks,

I put on aftermarket organic brake pads on the front and back and the front brakes didn't have shims.

I was just wondering because after I drive for about 5 minutes, the brakes start to grind/make a grinding noise in the front.

I guess the grinding/grinding noise is a different problem.

Thanks,

Geoff.
