Have the battery tested, check for loose battery cable connections at all connections between battery and starter. If you know how to use a voltmeter you can do a voltage drop check on the battery cables while someone is attempting to start the engine. A voltage drop of anything over 0.2 volts indicates high resistance in the wire. What conditions does this occur? Hot, cold, hot restart, restart after about 20 minutes of being turned off? Do you have any other electrical malfunction indications? Warning buzzer sounds weak, no light no radio, etc?

thanks very much to everyone i started by cleaning all cables when I noticed that the small wire running I think from the solenoid was not connnected correctly. After reconnected and cleaned it worked great.
Thanks again!
