Hi everyone,

I was hoping someone could give me some insight into a problem I'm having. I recently had my heater core replaced yesterday and the work seems to be done fine. My only problem is that on my way home and now today, my ABS keeps kicking in whenever I stop. My ABS light is now on all the time when I drive. Could this have anything to do with my heater core replacement or is it just a bad coincidence. Also, does anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing the problem. i'm taking the car back to the shop tonight.

Thans for your help.

More than likely the two problems are not related. Retrieving ABS DTC'S (diagnostic trouble codes) requires a special scanner. A standard OBDII scanner will not retrieve or erase them.
