dashboard broke

Hey All , Have any of you had an annoying squeek coming from what sounds like the dash around the VIN plate in cold weather . Well I have . And yesterday morning it was not squeeking and then I noticed a 3" section of the corner of the dash has broken off near where the " A " pillar meets it . Both of my door panels cracked last year . This is S**T . The more I try to take care of it , the more things break for no reason. Rob:banghead:

Yeah, know what you mean. I've replaced numerous small interior parts on my dash and console (ashtray lid, traction control switch plate). My driver door panel has a creeping crack that looked like a scratch when I bought it. Curious what a new door panel goes for?
