yep. there are a total of 3, one on each side on the left and right headers before the connection to the cat. there is one behind the cat, no 3.

do you plan on replacing with new part with anti-sieze already on it, or are you cleaning and replacing old? if you clean and replace, you have to clean out the hole and re-apply anti-seize, as the old turns to crumbs and if not replaced it will leak, malfunction and give you bad performance, and fault codes. learned from experience, the hard way.
