Electrical problem?

Hi, I just bought 97 ls. there seems to be a problem with the driver side. power windows . locks and mirrors do not work. and speaker also. even when i use the key to lock the door it doesnt CLICK lock or unlock. just stays unlocked. the passenger side p/w works fine. anyone have a problem like this. is it electrical? thanks for reading

its most likely a blown fuse or two, always start with fuses when electrical stuff goes bad

the fuses are ok.
