Question for a 2001 dodge Durango rear wiper

The rear wiper seams to have a mind of its own on a friends truck. The 2001 dodge Durango’s rear wiper will continue to sweep back and forth even with no one in the vehicle. It will continue to run for several minutes after the vehicle is off and parked. The wiper will reactivate at the slightest electric flow in the vehicle. Literally the wiper will constantly run even with switch off and ignition off. I have done no tests to really get into it yet [she works constantly] but I an figuring either a switch or a relay is at fault. On the switch when it is on the washer fluid will spray when pushed but like I said this wiper will run constantly from entrance into the vehicle to about 30 minutes after it is parked. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Try swapping the rear wiper relay in the Power Distribution Center under the hood with another relay and see what happens.
