1983 Electrical Start trouble-SOS

Car was running & just died. I have replaced regulator, starter Solenoid relay, the ignition switch, just purchased a start, run relay (not sure what'cha call it) and I am not even sure where to install it. Starter will engage when you bypass the starter relay & use a jumper from the battery. There is no power to the bottom two rows of the fuse box there is one hot wire coming to the ignition switch & when the switch is turned to the start postion it causes two other wires to become hot. No clicking or any sound of the engine trying to start. Headlights work, heater blower works, horn works, flashers work. Radio not working nor wipers. No accessory lights come on when switch is in start position.
