I bend the aluminum with my fingers and needle nose pliers. Glue, I like to use gel super glue!

No way!!!
Look at that triangulation, that's unreal! Love the a-arms too.
It's a shame a huge box is covering that chassis...looks like it belongs under a hot rod:grinno:

Good stuff

Thanks for the infos.

Looking at the body sitting on the frame, you should use clear sheet in some areas of the floor to show the frame

Thanks for all the comments guys. To answer a few questions........ I use GEL Super glue to hold the peices together. I cant see welding something this small. The tubing size is 1/16" I believe. I would put plexi glass inserts in the floors, but its not my build. The body belongs to someone else, Im just building a frame for it. Thanks for looking guys. I still have to make a few more crossmembers, radiator mounts and airbag mounts.

First of all, that chasis is insane!
Second,. . . Where did your friend buy this resin body?
I'd be really interested in getting my hands on one of those!
Great build so far. . .

custom you never cease to amaze me. was wondering where you been at. haven't seen any work from you lately.

anyhow, you have just motivated me to get back to building again since my move and i have a newer fujimi astro van that needs so love and you have just inspired me to try and build a chassis like this. will not be near as smooth as yours but i am gonna try.

awesome job.
