By the way, what do they call this hybrid, we got silvia+180sx = sil80? sillady or fairvia or fair sx or fair80?

Hummm....no.

The car is a Silvia and 180SX mix, hence the co-joining of the names to form the sil-eighty.
The Silvia generation which forms part of the Sileighty was released in the USA as the 240SX.
The 180SX was the more expensive car but a better drifter, thus when the front ends got damaged whilst drifting, the Silvia front end parts were used to replace them.
The rest you can research yourself, I am sure :)

It's probably because in real life the Silvia and 180/200/240SX share the same platform, so the face transplant is relatively easier, and the modeling community represents the trend. That doesn't discourage you from doing Sil-lady, but somehow I feel like such conversion wouldn't look as sexy as the Sileighty.

Well, the 240SX seems to be an US Silvia. Here in Europe we don't have a Silvia model at all, only 180, 200 and 240SX. They are all the same body shape.

I think the numbers indicate whether it's turbo or n/a, but I'm not sure.
