98 Warm Idle Issues

Just replaced the upper and lower intake manifold gaskets cleared up my cold idle surging. Now when the engine reaches operating temperature idle surging is back. Idle is fine when trans is engaged but when in neutral or park idle varies wildly to the point of stalling. Have read many pages in the forum can't find anything on this issue
