SRS reset on 1999 civic

I am trying to find out how to reset my SRS light. It is on all the time and I do not want to pay the $90 they charged me last time to have it reset. I have found many threads on how to do it, my problem is that I cannot find the SRS connector. Can anyone help? Thanks
