Y1 JDM Tranny Parts - where to get?

Does anybody know where to get parts for the JDM Y1 trannies? Like new syncros? I don't know if the syncros are the same as the USDM trannies but probably not since the gears are a little bit different size.

it will be easier just to pick up a working used tranny.
