2005 convertible

having some issues w my realtively new 325 convertible.
- windows dont always head up the whole way - often stops halfway and either stops or goes back down. was in for repairs on this (twice) but still happens...

- doors sometimes lock me in... if i lock the door from the center console when the car is running, stop the car, then hit the unlock button, the lock pops up but i cannot open the dorr (my wife did from outside). very odd...

any thoughts? thx in advance
