i got a 95 integra GsR with headers exhaust and intake. i wanna do cams. perferable stage 3. i no i have to do valve retainers and all that stuff rocker arms but is there anything else that i have to do.

dual valve springs and retainers.... but many people say and i agree why not get type r valves or lighter valves and get the head ported and polished while its pulled off
