Change offside headlight

Hi,

I have just changed my nearside headlight with no problems but the right is casuing me some.

There is a large plastic cover where the windscreen washer fluid goes which is covering the entire headlight. Can I remove this and if so how? Its all plastic and I can't see any screws?
