The other day I tried to start partitioning my secondary hard drive, through the Windows installer, just didn't install WIN XP on it. now somewhere I have a partition that is hiding. Its a 250GB Maxator, only showing 233GB No files on the drive what so-ever. On My Computer "C" is there "D" is there ((hard-drives)), then "F", and "G" ((dvd-roms)) how can i unhide the missing partition?

Your post is a bit confusing about what partitioning you did, but its normal for windows to show your 250 drive as only 233. All drives show up with less space under windows than what the manufacturer rates them.

That's what it should be. Your computer figures gigabytes based on 1,073,724,841. Hard drive makers base it on 1,000,000,000.

If you do have unpartioned space left on the drive, software like Partition Magic should be able to sort it out for you quick smart.

Partition magic was reccommended by my friend, i think i'll invest into it. This drive is too big to start using as my primary.

And WTF do you mean too big? i want to allocate a certain amount of space to my OS, in case i ever need to re-install windows, i don't lose my music, and games. Thats what I meant. I've lost my music before, it wasn't fun trying to get it back.
