96 Achieva Trans Problem

When it's cold and in the morning my 96 achieva will not move until it warms up and I let it run for 15 minutes. It acts as if the tranny is bad but I know that's not what's wrong. Could it be the lock-out switch? It's definately something electrical. Can I remove the switch without dropping the transmission? Is it real hard to do? Any suggestions?:banghead:

If the trans is full, then the problem is internal, there is no lockout switch relative too this issue.
