i got integra GsR and i own up shop in the streets i own everything and anything. What is the stock HP for integra 175? i also have Headers Exhaust and AEM intake. So what dose that put me at 190? i also wanna do cams. stage 3 perfeably how much HP would the cams at. Do i have to do anything else if i was to put cams in?

Stock hp for a GSR is 169hp to the crank...and i/h/e should put you to about 185hp to the crank maybe...and stage 3 cams would give you some good gains but which stage 3 cams do you want? youll need a valvetrain upgrade for that aggressive of a cam and since your doing that you might as well throw in some pistons and p&p the head...

im looking at a skunk2 so if its 165 at the crank wat dose it make it at the weels. so if i have to do cams i gotta do valve retainers springs and all that stuff to?

I still can not understand what is trying to be conveyed.

Someone needs to do a little more research about their car. Sounds like you don't know too much.
1) With "stage 3" cams, you'll need to bump up your compression to see any gains. ie: You'll need new pistons with a higher dome.
2) Yes you will need the whole valvetrain
3) You'll need some kind of engine management to tune it all. This isn't a drop in modification you know.
4) Learn how to talk
5) Learn how to respect people
6) Stop street racing, it's stupid.
