P1443 error code is back

Hey I have a 97 escort and after the check engine light came on I put a new purge flow sensor on after the previous one tested bad. The light didn't go away and after clearing it it came back. Do any of you know what it could be or know of a website online that lists ODB II codes? I also have a rough idle with varying rpms, could this be from the emissions system? Any help would be appreciated.

Check the system for leaks in the hoses since it will cause a similar code.
