1596 cc, E15 S 1.6l fwd what should i do wit it.. its fulli stock.. engines bout to go out tho.. i'ma get a new one but.. dont kno wtf to put... sorta beginner in this engine swappin world..

Tough call. I've got a few choices for you in order of cost:
1. First of all, you have an E16i, not E15i. You can just swap out for another E16 (or have your E16 rebuilt) and call it a day. This would be the cheapest way to go but net you absolutely NO power.
2. Swap to a newer GA16DE(see "Sentra Readme" thread for details). This would give about a 25hp boost and be an easy swap. And 25hp makes quite a difference on a 2000lb car like your B12 Sentra. Also, you'd have a bit more options as far as modding the GA.
3. Swap to a CA18DET. This would be an awesome swap and get you about 170whp. You'd have one quick little Sentra. The downfall of this option is the rise in cost. It's not going to be terribly difficult, but the shop that's doing it for you would want some extra dough. Also, the FWD version of this motor is pretty damned hard to find, as are performance parts(like you'd need them)
4. Swap to an SR20 motor. Either the SR20DE, or SR20VE. I wouldn't recommend an SR20DET on a simple street B12 Sentra. It's a bit much for the chassis and weight. You'd be blowing trannies and killing tires left and right. The SR20DE would be a GREAT practical swap if you had the money. It wouldn't be cheap. Your car would need a lot of parts from a B13 SE-R.
Overall, if you don't have a lot of money to spend, but want a better motor, go with the GA16DE. If you want some power, spend some time researching and finding a FWD CA18DET and a shop who will do it.

Hi guys. Is there any information about dropping a SR20DE inside a N13 (Pulsar NX '87)? (E16i b12 pretty much).
I know I have to switch gearbox (b12 5 speed already on it), clutch, ECU, engine harness.
What about engine supports? Axles? (already got b13 front hubs on it)
Anything else so far?
What about brake system? Rear drums would do the job? If I switch to B12 discs in the rear (yeah, B12 discs) and b13 SE-R main brake pump would they work? I know I have to built special parts to make the b13 discs fit into rear hubs.
Any comment would be highly appreciated. Sorry for hi-jack this thread. I was looking around for info and look like I hit the globe with this one.

i dont know all the specifics, but i do have a couple suggestions...
if your swapping drums to discs, get a master cylinder and proportioning valve from a car with 4 wheel discs. wheel cylinders require far less fluid to fill than calipers, and you could have some biasing issues if you keep the stock MC
i would get b13 axles from a junkyard and see if they are the correct length. you already know that they will fit in the tranny and hub, so length is the only other variable. compare them with b12 axles to be certain, and be sure to account for the transmission sitting in a slightly different location. or you could just buy a new axle and return it if you dont need it...

Thanks so much for the answer man. I will consider both suggestions. My friend's new engine arrived so he is planning a time window to make his swap, so I can proceed with mine.
One more question: Any of you guys know about the total weight of a SR20DE vs. an E16i?
I have to get this info in order to know if I have to reforce frontal suspension structure to prevent chassis rupture (not immediatly, of course).
