F-250 needs heavier brakes

I have an early '99 (Jan) F-250 with larger tires on it and I'm trying to get some heavier duty rotors and pads but can't seem to find any. There was apparently a change made to the front end of the SD in March that changed how far back the rotor goes. I tried some Power Slot rotors and found they rub on the back side of the bracket that holds the brake pads. Any ideas?
