Replacing the factory Fog Light Bulbs?

Anyone know an easy way to replace the stock fog light bulbs on an 05 Altima? I recently upgrade my headlights and high beams with 8500K Blue bulbs and they look awesome and really bright. The only problem was the fog lights still had that "Yellow" appearance. Now I have the blue fog light bulbs and would appreciate any tips you can offer. I'm guessing at first glance, that I would have to access them from underneath the front bumper.
