Audi S4's & WRX Killer

1st Race-
So my friend work with a guy who has a 05 WRX, the only mods are biger up/lower downpipes. I wanted to see how fast my T/A was against him so we convinced him to race. Started at a roll of about 40, both floored it he took me slightly (1/2 car-1 car) then mis-shifted. Okay we decide to try that again. Same roll at 40 this time we both hit the gas at the same time, he pulled 1/2 car (remember AWD and it was slightly wet outside) then we started creeping up on him and by 100 had a car or so on him.

Next Race-
(Quick Background)- about 3-4 month's ago I found out my girlfriend was cheating on we so we broke up, I found out who the guy was.
So tonight we stoped at Jack In The Box and, to my suprise I saw a blue Audi S4. It was my ex's, and her new boyfriend was driving. Well now is my chance I thought, I got rid of the V6 and am in a T/A. She saw me but tried to ignore me, but then called me and wanted to race (her bf driving). So we line up at about 40, he get's 1/2 car jump and I slowly start to pull on it. Now this car had 3 people in it but still... by 120 I had put a car lenght on him and he gave up. YES :evillol: , now I keep getting calls from her asking what I am doing, and stuff like that.

Last Race-
I pulled out of Jack In The Box and I found a silver S4 following me. We wen't from a roll of about 35, I put about a car on him then he shut down. His excuse was that there were 4 people in the car... whatever its AWD.

Sounds nice.. and also that one guy in the S4 shouldnt of had been trying to race if he had 4 people in his car.. so a win's a win and he's stupid for giving it a go..

Those are some quick cars ya beat. Thats the thing about awd cars, at high speed the awd function can hurt them because thats a lot of rotational weight to keep spinning. That and ya just dont mess with a t/a :)

I havent hardly raced anyone....a 2005 m3....which I might of been able to at least kept kinda close to him but I couldnt hold any traction...raced a mini cooper s on the highway.....beat him....thats pretty much it....

Sweet kill on the s4. The s4 is a turboed 2.7 isn't it? Is it bone stock? What year, I'm guessing older than 2000? I think that after 2000 they started puting in the twin turbos that are just plain nasty. If you a took a 2000-2002 s4 the guy didn't know how to drive or you've got some serious mods.

EDIT: Scratch that, 2000 version of the twin turbos make 250hp 258tq. Thought they were really fast.

It's such a sweet feeling winning a race against a guy you don't like. This girl I had a crush on broke up with her boyfriend and went out with me and this guy was trying to get her back. So one day my girl and I were at a stoplight and he pulls up in his 95 v6 camaro and well... he got OWNED by my jeep. Chicks dig the jeep.

The s4 was a 03, 04, or 05, I can't rember exactly what year it was. The best part is that mommmy and daddy bought her the car and I still beat it. As for mods, there all in my signature, no hp mods.

Yea I was wrong about the twin turbos being really fast stock. I have seen some videos of them smoking modded LS1s with just a chip and an exaust so I just assumed they were monsters. So does the S4 have a V8? I looked them up and the v8's got around 340hp.

Thats awesome. We need more races here. I'm gonna try and post some vids of me racing my buddy with a 12sec. Mazda MX-6. I know i'm gonna lose badly, but it will be fun indeed.

Well last friday I did order the Magnaflow carback but... this weekend I was arrested for streetracing. I was racing my buddies Chevelle, and the cops heard us racing (didn't see it, no radar gun) and pull both of us over for racing, we both got arrested but since our records were clean we didn't go to jail we got the tickets but now have to go to court. SO the modifications are going to have to wait.

Oh man that sucks, I had no idea that they could arrest you for hearing you cars and not even witnessing it. That's bs, I would think you would have a good chance of getting out of it. Street racing is punishment is pretty stiff, did they impound your car?

Yeah, the cops in our area suck monkey balls indeed. They are very strict when it comes to driving, will give you a ticket for going through a yellow light, witnessed it, it's a shame. But 70% of the murders here in Boston are unsolved. Something just ain't right. Anyways, good luck with that ViperJ. Has anyone else had any race encounters lately?

I beat an lt1 firebird from a roll in a boxster the other night. We only raced from 25 to 60 but my top end edged him out by about a car length, maybe a little more.

Yeah, as it turns out brandon is in my auto class, he was telling me about how that whole incident, I would definately be looking into a lawyer right about now, being as they might be going after your lisense... and the way I heard it, as you said, there is reasonable doubt that it was your cars so I bet you can probably get off

No the cars were not impounded, my buddy and I were in handcuf's in the back of the cop car and they ran the background checks. We both had clean records are were cooperating so the didn't take us to jail or impound the cars. Now is the waiting period which is the worst part.

Really your in the same class as him, I have heard him talk about a guy who has the V6 with nitrous. That's cool. Yeah you have probably seen his car right, it's pretty fast. As for the lawyer yes he has one that he always uses and I am going to try to use the same one as him, its saved him fro a couple tickets. I told you I don't go down to the Kent streetraces, I just do it around town and get busted :owned:

Actually it wasn't raining outside, we had rain for like 30 days straight. Then the day we raced was the first day there was no rain so the roads were only semi wet.

lol, semi-wet is still bad, i've spun off the interstate at 80-85 when the roads didn't even look wet... they ended up just being damp...

Congrtas on the kills! I know that wrx's can be beat by LS1's, but didn't know about the S4's. No body (except those that were at the track that night) believes my best kill. My 99Z against '00 Viper. The kid didn't know how to drive and spun badly for about the first 60-80 ft. He was catching me at the end of the track ( 1/8th mile) and if it had been a full 1/4, he'd have beat me.
As stated above though... A win is a win!
