Fuel Pump Question - Which One

The fuel pump went out in my 97 GMC today. I called the dealership and they told me that were 2 different pumps, one with RFI shielding and one without. There is about $100 price difference. How important is the RFI shield? I was told to check the options tag in my glovebox to see which my truck should have.
I also checked Napa online and they picture 2 different pumps, one has the pump encased in a metal "tube" and the other one has the pump exposed. What is the difference?

There is a $200 difference.
One is just the pump and one is the complete bracket with float and level sender and pump.
My 97 k1500 pick up uses the one that has the replaceable pump. Around $60-80. A friend has a 97 Tahoe and it uses the module unitized one that cost around $350 at the dealer, $200 +/- at GMparts direct.com.
I think I needed the number off a tag on the fuel line at the tank the first time, But don't remember napa asking the next time.
I understand that 98 up all use the $350 module.
I will check my options tag in the glove box later because now I'm curious what it might say.

Both of the units Napa has pictured are complete modules, pump, fuel gauge sending unit, float, etc, however one has a "metal" enclosure around the pump and the other one does not.
The dealer also told me one has RFI and the other doesn't, but both are complete modules. The RFI unit was like $550 and the other was around $450.
I'm just wondering what the actual difference between the 2 are and whether it really matters.
