Hi everybody!!!:grinyes: You guys have been awesome so far...so here we go! I'm going back to pick up the engines this weekend-I was told they're both 327's but all I can tell looking at them is yes, they are 8 cylindars. I have to decide on the spot which engine to keep with the car and which to give away-I'm giving the second engine to the guy who moved the car. The woman I got the car from said they both run and one has around 40k on it, the other has around 80k on it (hmmm...odometer says 86k, could that be the original?). So,what am I looking for when I pick the one to stay with the car?And how do I know if it's a 327,or a 350,or whatever?
I've cleaned out the car, fixed the passenger door so it closes, popped the trunk w/a screwdriver-and found a radiator-could NOT get in the glove w/anything I tried-any suggestions? This car continues to surprise, yes it is a 67',and the only big hole Ive found is a bad repair in the back floorboard(Bad Monkey!)and to whoever asked what I paid,I'll never tell:evillol: Also, I have the VIN on the title(note to self:get your ass to the Registry) but I didn't see it on the passenger side under the windshield-am I looking in the wrong spot?
Sorry for so many girley questions but where else is a girl to go?
Thanks guys!!!
Oh,Korndog-I'll trade you one 67 camaro, a Great Dane w/an attitude problem,my firstborn and my hubby -ok maybe my sister-for that 68 of yours:evillol:
