Heater Blower motor quitting...

The blower motor in my '99 cavy quits after 5-10 mintues. I pulled it out and can see it was rubbing. Well, this same thing happened over the summer and what i did was just hammer the plastic fan piece down to where it should be and i used a strong epoxy to glue that fan onto the shaft. Well, its been maybe 6 months and it happens again. Well i pull it out but the glue hasnt come off and it shows no sign of the fan coming off of the shaft again. So i dont know what it is. I was thinking it might be the bearing down in that motor but i cant feel any drag in it. Anyone have the same problem??

I tink it is time for a new fan motor. But get the motor and cage. On my wife's car it had something similar but the post on the inside worked sometimes but not alwasy thats why it would "jump"
