how do i change the rear turn signal lights on my buick regal?

If you have a '97 and up Regal, you'll need to remove the complete taillight lense assembly to replace the lamps. Open trunk, move aside carpet covering rear of lens assembly. Undo three plastic turn fasteners counterclockwise. Assembly will remove by pulling towards you. You will then have access to the lamp sockets for bulb replacement. Good luck!
