94 wiper relay location problem

i cant seem to find the front wiper interval governor/relay?? is it in the dash somewhere or under the hood?? ive got just about the whole column taken apart, pictures or a good description would be nice

You are not going to believe it but the relay box is not in the column or under the dash. Open the panel on the lower driver side panel down by your feet and you will see the box. Its black and should have wiper module written on it. If you are having problems with the wipers not parking and the intermittent wiper control not working then this is the problem. Take the box out and open it. Lift the circuit board out and look at the back of the board. The traces of foil that makes the ciruit will have a burned open spot in it. All you have to do is get someone who has a soldering pencil, solder and a small piece of wire to solder it in the open spot then BINGO it will work again. So put all the dash and column back together. Anymore questions please feel free to post again............I had the same problem and fixed mine. It blew after trying to move a ton of snow on the windsheild a while ago. Fixed it and never have had the problem again...........
