Ignition Locked up

Hi. I have a 98 Dodge avenger. Love the car, but today I went to start it and they key wouldnt go in all the way at first. I tried another copy and it went in but will not turn. Engine lights come on, but thats it. Any idea where I can get a Diagram of the steering column and ignition or any other tips?

You could pick up a manaul for it. The ignition sounds screwed up if it wont turn on all the way. You could try putting a little oil or lithium grease in there to maybe free it up.
