DSM-ONE: New idea for a website

What do you guys think of doing tests on parts? We could have a donations thing where it records how much people have donated so that everyone can see. We could post goals for amounts needed to test say an air filter, an intercooler, or bov. Then we could use the money do do some runs on a dyno or whatever way we have to use to test them. Also, we could have a thing where the top donators get their car on the home page for some amount of time or maybe until someone beats their donation amount. Just another idea I had. How's it sound?

How about the highest donation gets the part put on. That would be only fair in my eyes. Like for each different part the highest donation for that part get to put it on there car and so on. and w/e money is left can go to bettering the site.

gonna be a day or so yet till i can post an example. My web host still hasn't processed my request to enable ruby on rails on my account. Id show it off my home host but I have limited upload speed (huge down pipe though).

If they don't have it enabled by tomorrow night I'll install rails on my shell account at school and post it up for you all. Sorry for the delay.

I wondered what had happened to this.;) Did a web-site ever get launched???

we have the domain and I finished the backend code. I'm waiting for someone to make the interface up like we had designs for.
