i have an 1990 Eagle talon FWD and i am looking for someone who has converted it over to AWD.

Thats as close as you'll get. As far as I know, there hasnt been a 1g AWD conversion. Do you realize that you will need more money in parts than your car is worth? I would just buy a GSX, it will save you time, money, and many headaches. You could even get a GSX with a blown engine for less, swap your current engine in, and use the other car for parts or part it out.
