98 voyager acts up when warm?

I have a 98 voyager with a 3.0 motor. It runns great until it gets warm then it starts to feel like your running out of gas or like the motor is missfireing.It doesnt stallout. It does it when you are trying to accelerate at any speed. I got fault code 42 (autoshutdown relay)

Since you have a newer car take it to Autozone or to someone with a scanner and have them pull the OBDII codes from the computer. This will give you a better idea than the code 42 that you currently have.
