Does anyone know of any easy ways to replace the rear plugs on this engine?
Also I keep going to the auto shop to get a PCV valve for it and even though the manuals tell me it is a particular one, none seem to fit..anyone else have this problem?

remove the two "dog bone" upper motor mounts, then put a piece of wood across the trans pan (to spread the load) and jack up the trans to rotate the engine forward. This will gain you the space to access the rear plugs. The PCV valve is AC Delco part # CV892C and is hidden under the upper plenum in the intake manifold, near where the MAP sensor is mounted. If I remember correctly, you have to remove the upper plenum to replace it. The Fel-pro part number for the upper plenum gasket set is MS94944.
